Interesting projects during the lockdown: The pandemic of 2020 has brought plenty of challenges in many industries throughout the world. It seems like the Earth has stopped moving forward. Against these events, many companies have developed some strategies to overcome the stoppages in production that emerged at the beginning of the year. Again there is a need to look at the supply and demand rate of any product, thus some companies  – Bentley, Rolls Royce, Lexus – have started interesting projects during the lockdown – things that they would hardly ever suggest to their customers in another condition.

Medical supply and equipment hold the first place nowadays, and even top brands start releasing first-aid packages, among with their business during the pandemic. This is logical because in the middle of the spring car production has either slowed down or completely stopped among the biggest names.

Interesting Projects During the Lockdown-Rolls Royce’s Support to the Wild Honeybees

You should not be much surprised when you hear that a major car maker has not locked its doors but continues supporting its customers, while it produces consumables like honey. Located at West Sussex, which is south from England, Rolls Royce has always being a company that understands customer needs the best. The originality of the product is not only in the name of the brand, that makes it,  but it was specifically collected from English honey bees, that work hard enough on the plant roofs of the company. Goodwood Estate, with a wild surrounding, is home to 250,000 honey bees.

Lots of individuals and corporations have told their concerns about the species that nearly become extinct, and honey bees are included in that list of the nature savers. Beehives in the number of 6 are produced by Rolls Royce and have maintained the tradition of wooden houses of the insects in the English style. The brand’s Workshop has altered some materials for building the blocks and have given each of the six types corresponding names of the brand’s top productions. Those names might already be familiar- Phantom, Wraith,  Ghost, Dawn & Cullinan, and the last one- the Spirit of Ecstasy. These interesting projects during the lockdown, might not be the only once in the lifetime by the brand.

Bentley is another Supporter of Honeybees

Another company that supports the endangered species is the car maker Bentley Motors. The harvest season for Bentley looks promising, as nearly 120,000 bees lie back to join the Apis Mellifera breed of honey bees.  The event coincides with this year’s World Bee Day, that took place recently on May 20th. With a total of 300,000 honey bees, Bentley thinks it has possible to release 200 containers of honey, thus starting another successful business.

Solihull Is another destination of a huge group of honey bees, colonized by Jaguar Land Rover. The Target off the company these two display more than a million bees Racha to be found all over the United Kingdom. Beekeeping in some statistics of human behavioural psychology has shown to be a worthy alternative in the sphere of the medical, cognitive therapies. With this practice, the brand helps its employees, who have serious needs with their mental state. The ideology of interesting projects during the lockdown will have educational purposes too, among people of the youngest ages.

Lexus – Origami Cat Challenge

The Japanese brand that makes luxurious cars -Lexus, is also there in the support of the events during the pandemic. Their aim is to deliver messages through educational practices that are needed now more than ever. The first of the challenges was the origami, that paid tribute to the artisans of the vehicle maker. They were the employees that worked on the colour scheme and interior design of the very impressive Lexus cars, not only in the home country but also beyond its boundaries like in Ontario, Canada. The work of the designers that are employed at Lexus in Japan is not an easy one. First of all, it is required to have at least 20 years of experience in the sphere, before becoming a takumi there.

Their professionalism in the handcrafting industry sometimes shows ridiculous records, for example, completing tasks with their weak hand. The origami cat challenge winner gets temporary usage of one of the iconic cars by the brand – Lexus LC 500H,  for up to a week.
