Michelin guide 2021 picked a decent list of luxe restaurants and we are here to look through some of them.

Top restaurants in the world earned their name through the dedication to the work. Getting a Michelin star is their motivation to keep going all year round.
Michelin is not only known for their tires production, but also with their annual guides of the coolest restaurants.
Though the company was created in 1900, they started their markings in the kitchen in 1926 only. They take into consideration everything from the food flavor to the culinary techniques.
In the beginning they rated only European kitchens but since 2005 they turned to the United States too. As they earned more popularity, now restaurants all over the world want to have their place in the yearly Michelin Guide.

We start the list with a French restaurant, regarding the fact that Michelin originated there. Taking its inspiration from the French Riviera, Le Louis XV offers a unique experience for the clients. It is situated in Monte Carlo Monaco. The kitchen is driven by Alain Ducasse. This restaurant was opened to the public in 1987, in May. Back then this was the first restaurant coming in a hotel that got a Michelin star rating. Monaco has some of the best restaurants other than Le Louis XV, but not many managed to steal the attention of Michelin.
There is plenty of alcohol in their winehouse. What is more, the Mediterranean Cuisine is their top privilege. Try any delicacy here and you will see how refined their receipts are…
Domaine de Baumaniere – 3 Michelin stars are Something Notable
If you are looking for a place that has extreme attention to detail better check out L’Oustau de Baumaniére. A place where many celebrities visit in search of the unforgettable tastes.

Located in Provence, Domaine de Baumaniere this restaurant has three Michelin stars. When you combine organic products of the local land and the professionalism of chef Glenn Viel, expect to see something extravagant. They also plan to minimize the wastes, providing as perfect service as possible. Taste their jus à la lavande, Rouget onctueux, florentine pistache. Everything melts in the mouth literally.

The Spanish Atrio that Deserved Stars of Michelin Guide 2021

Josè and Toño created something they surely can be proud of. A restaurant in a fiery land that was a result of the hard work of 2 kitchen enthusiasts has a lot to offer. That’s the reason they got nominated as the winners of Michelin and not only.
As you can guess by the word atrium, the Mediterranean style and design plays an important role in space. This is the place where roads meet. Make sure you follow the path and appear in a head spinning experience in the Iberian Atrio. The Michelin Guide of 2021 gives this restaurant two important stars, which is already a status. The reason is their hospitality and culinary genius. Do not miss their Chocolate ibèrico con cafè y jamòn rancio, once you are here.
Michelin Guide also touches upon some Asian kitchens that really mean a lot to the world of delicacies and excellent service. Their HK and Macau editions are worth checking out too, especially the French-Chinese Tate of Vicky Lau.
