Keppel Bay of Singapore – Boundless Art of Architecture:Towers of Heaven?
This unique residential complex (160 m high) is located on the waterfront, occupies 84,000 square meters. m. of land and 750 m. of coastline, and also consists of 1129 units of premises. This includes six high-rise towers from the 24th to the 41st floors and 11 low-rise apartment buildings. Their wavy series is the main idea of the layout. These stylish curved shapes of varying heights create graceful holes and gaps between buildings, allowing residents and guests to have panoramic views from the windows to the pier, Sentosa, golf course and Mount Faber. Singapore rocks, do you agree?

The design consists of two different typologies of housing. On the first line, near the water, blocks of low buildings are deployed, and behind, in the background, high-rise belfries are installed. The cunning composition contributes to the loss of orientation and, along with a different typology of buildings, creates an airy style where each level feels unique, regardless of whether it is higher or lower.
There are no two identical residences nearby, and this is a fundamental shift in perception where individuality is not sacrificed. This project is a real work of modern art. Skyward sloping roofs are crowned with lush gardens. Lighthouses of variable elevations give the effect of the interaction of the flight of light aircraft and, given the reflective angles, an exciting view is obtained at every step.
